Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If something truly unexpected arises, please contact us as soon as possible and we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund.
