When you book a remote healing session, you will receive email confirmation with a link to Zoom (you will also be given details of how to connect on WhatsApp if you prefer).

When we connect on-line, we will have a brief consultation where we will discuss what you are currently going through and what you require healing support with. 

During the healing session, we will stay connected throughout via WhatsApp or Zoom. I will also give you specific guidance and feedback to support with the healing experience. 

We will then begin the healing - I will be able to feel where you have energetic blockages and we will work together on releasing them, so that you can feel restored to deep peace, relaxation, balance and vitality.

Post-treatment integration - After the healing is complete, we will discuss what happened during the treatment and I will advise you on how to integrate the experience to further support your healing.
